Shipping & Delivery costs will be calculated by total weight of purchase at the Checkout.
All orders will be sent as fragile and will require a signature.
REFUNDS / RETURNS POLICY
It is of the up most importance that you are happy with your purchase, so, while we do hope you will be delighted with your new peice, we understand that sometimes you are not completely satisfied. Therefore, if you are in any way un-happy with your order please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Jennie McCall Ceramics will gladly exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. Please pack items securely and use registered delivery. Please make sure you keep your registered delivery receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Many of Jennie McCall ceramics are delicate and will be marked as fragile. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please inform us at info@jenniemccall.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery charge and returned postage costs will only be refunded should your purchase be faulty.
